- About us
Who we are.
Easy Solutions for Consulting is a boutique corporate services firm based in Riyadh, dedicated to helping international and regional businesses establish and grow their presence in Saudi Arabia.
We assign a dedicated relationship manager to every account — so you always speak to someone who knows your file, not a different agent each time.
From your first licence to long term compliance, we are with you every step of the way.
- The challenge
One missed filing can freeze a bank
account.
Saudi regulations span multiple ministries, each with its own portal, deadline and
correspondence. Most companies don’t struggle at entry — they stall months in, when a
lapsed MISA licence invalidates the CR, or an empty portal balance quietly blocks every visa
and certificate downstream. We translate that complexity into clear actions.
- Our services
Everything you need, under one roof.
Five service lines covering the full life of your entity — from the first licence application to
next month’s payroll run.

Business setup & incorporation
Company incorporation, MISA registration, entity structuring, Articles of Association, Commercial Registration and Chamber of Commerce membership.

HR, PRO & GRO compliance
Company licences, visas, Iqama and work permits, payroll and WPS, GOSI contributions, and management of Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher and more.

Accounting & tax
Monthly and quarterly bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, VAT filing, Zakat and CIT submission, withholding tax and ZATCA portal management.

Third-party licensing
Sector-specific licence applications, municipality and regional permits, industry body registrations and vendor registration assistance.

Partner network access
Referrals to trusted legal, banking, recruitment, real estate and technology specialists — introduced when you need them.

Frequently asked questions.
Around twelve weeks in total: roughly one week for pre-setup, nine weeks for company setup, and two weeks for soft landing — bank account, GM visa and Iqama, and government portal activation. Document attestation in your home country is the most common cause of delay, so we start that first.
A subsidiary LLC, a branch office of your existing company, or a regional headquarters (RHQ). We help you choose the structure before you commit, since it affects licensing, tax treatment and what you can bid on.
Corporate income tax is 20%, VAT is 15%, and withholding tax ranges from 5% to 20% depending on the payment type. Zakat applies to Saudi and GCC ownership. We handle registration, filing and ZATCA portal management for all of them.
Saudization sets a required percentage of Saudi nationals in your workforce, typically 25–33% depending on sector and company size. Falling below your band suspends Qiwa services — no new visas, transfers or work permit renewals. We track your band and register Saudi nationals as part of every package.
Packages are priced by headcount and the number of services you need — LAUNCH covers up to 3 employees, GROW up to 6, and SCALE up to 10. Government fees are quoted separately so you can see exactly what goes to the authorities. Send us your activity and headcount for an exact figure.
